Hope House, in Foxford, County Mayo, Ireland, where Sisters of Mercy minister , is an organization dedicated to helping people recover from alcoholism and other addictions. Services include residential and continuing care for adults, along with support programs for families affected by alcoholism and other dependancies. The environment of Hope House is reflective, supportive, respectful and encouraging.

Hope House, opened in 1993, has been a beacon of light for those who have suffered from alcohol, drug or gambling addictions. Men and women, young and old, are nursed back to health and helped to re-discover their sense of dignity and self-esteem.
