World Mental Health Week

To participate in Mental Health Week in Leitrim, Breffni Mental Health Group held an awareness morning in the market yard in Carrick-on-Shannon on 11th October. The event coincided with the usual Thursday morning weekly market. Breffni Mental Health members received a warm welcome there and real appreciation was shown for emblems distributed and for discussions and shared concerns voiced in relation to the stresses facing our mental health these days.
Our thanks to all who made the event possible and we hope the information provided will help us know that we have a means of sharing our burdens in times of need.
